Winter has fallen in our lives
Do not cry or shed that tear,
She soars now on open breeze
Abandon all that’s laced with fear.
Honeyed humoured uttered words
Laugh and smile at memory
In our hearts fulfilled,
Clinging to unencumbered certainty.
Wipe away that darkling frown
In thought and deed she’ll ever reach
Lift your head unto the stars.
Smiling at eternal peace.
