Love And Redemption

Posted on 05/11/202505/11/2025 by admin

Am I more than the sum of my parts?
Not just a culmination of faded ideas
Someone who can reach for the stars.

Plucking them just for you from afar
To stem the horror and nullify fears
Am I more a sum of my parts?

Though reality, harsh discordantly smart
Kaleidoscopic, despicably sheer
Am I someone who can reach for the stars?

Becoming a person of virtue, a fresh start
Someone who can catch your falling tears
Am I more than a sum of my parts

To finally be wanted, a subtle balm
Needed, held close and near
By Someone who can reach for the starts

Euphorically bathing in your arms
With love radiantly effervescently clear
I am more than the sum of my parts.
Someone who can reach for the stars.
