Jealousy

Posted on 05/11/202505/11/2025 by admin

Seething winds unfurl hatred deep within,
Buffeting love, wrenching branches apart,
Coveting all around in grasping sin
Turbulent passion, unruly sanguine heart
And how It wrenches, its cruelty enshrines.
At the love within once held true and pure
Transforming every feeling deep inside
Into something rancid, fetid, red raw.
Green envious claws, soul withering death
A bestial ferocious snarling grasp
Echoing with rasping resounding breath,
Devouring goodness, doom laden last mass.
With love lying on the floor in tatters
Surely Jealousy should never matter.
