Hail Storm

Posted on 07/05/202507/05/2025 by admin

Grey streaked sombre darkness
Lashing vicious vapours together
Painting sky in ashen tempest.
A frightening flotilla cast out on sea
Covering heavens with pitched flotsam,
Decorating ravening rolling waves
Blackened ferocious cloud.
Erupting engorged crystals pound
A demonic tempo on empty streets.
Bouncing bombs, hate filled temperament
Rime shrapnel in cascade.
Storming throughout the city
Pelting pain as icy fingers snatch
Warmth, happiness in equal measure.
Mini glaciers tumble from the sky
As the permafrost creeps.
